Boasting a lovely beer garden which is sheltered from the wind but perfect for the summer sunshine, this small old fashioned bar is ideal for those seeking a traditional and authentic Highland pub in summer or winter. The building dates back to 1691 when the pub was given the local licence for registration of births, deaths and marriages - still commemorated today by the Love Stone lintel above the fireplace which was originally presented by the husband to the new wife on the occasion of marriage. |
